Angel earned her Associate Degree of Occupational Studies in Therapeutic Massage from Heritage College in April of 2003. Since then she has gone on to become certified in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy and Ashi-Thai Massage. In her 15 years as a massage therapist she has continued to expand her knowledge of the healing arts including a variety of ancient healing techniques.
"It is all about balance" is Angel's motto. Her belief is that we cannot live up to our fullest potential if we are not "in harmony" with our body, mind and spirit. Utilizing a variety of therapeutic massage techniques including, Deep Tissue Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Release and Hot Stone to name a few.
Striving to live a more fulfilling and balanced life, Angel sought out other ancient healing techniques to bring synchronicity to herself and her clients. These techniques are but a few that she has studied; Reiki/Aura Healing, Aromatherapy, Chakra Balancing and Crystal tuning.
Angel has worked in many settings over the years. From 2004 - 2006, she worked with the Denver Broncos, professional golfers and hockey players in Denver, Colorado. In 2006, wanting to pursue greater knowledge of Ashiatsu, Angel spent a year working for an associate of the founder of DeepFeet Massage. During that year, she gained valuable knowledge and experience in this modality. In 2007, she moved back to Minnesota to be close to her family and worked for Spot Spa until 2009. From 2009 – 2012 she focused on being a new mom. However, she continued to grow as a massage therapist and healer by continuing her education during this time. In 2012, Angel knew it was time to pursue her passion of healing and went to work for Balance for Life Fitness until they moved in 2014. Wanting to be home with her children yet still desiring to continue on her path as a therapist/healer she worked on friends and family until joining Collective Harmony in 2017.
